Community Plan to Prevent and End Homelessness

CSB and community stakeholders are developing a new Plan to Prevent and End Homelessness to replace the Rebuilding Lives Plan, which expires in 2018. The new plan will articulate specific community goals and strategies that we will collectively pursue to achieve a systematic response that ensures homelessness is prevented whenever possible, or if it can’t be prevented, it is a rare, brief, and non-recurring experience. The new plan will be finalized in June 2018.

Stakeholders from across the community are giving input and helping to develop priorities and action items for the plan. Ad hoc workgroups have been convened to address each goal in the plan framework. The goal areas are listed below, along with applicable resources, workgroup meeting details, and the stakeholders who are co-convening each workgroup along with CSB. Please contact CSB Associate Director Tom Albanese (talbanese@csb.org) or CSB Grants Administrator Heather Notter (hnotter@csb.org) with any questions.
