You can help people rebuild their lives by joining the movement from homeless to home. Volunteers are at the heart of our work 365 days a year.
Our most critical ongoing need is volunteers to help serve dinner to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Thanks to a terrific partnership with Freedom a la Cart and YMCA of Central Ohio, the kitchen is operated through a workforce development program with survivors of human trafficking. Freedom a la Cart handles meal planning and food preparation, and we rely heavily on volunteers to help the meal service run smoothly. Volunteers are needed each evening to prepare the dining room, serve dinner and clean up. The minimum age to volunteer is 14 with adult supervision.
