The Community Shelter Board wants all of its partner agencies to be successful in providing high quality, cost-effective and results oriented programs and services to individuals and families experiencing a housing crisis.
 

The Community Shelter Board provides technical assistance to our partner agencies.  CSB staff is available to assist partner agencies with research projects, program planning and other initiatives that partner agencies are working on to resolve the housing crises of individuals and families.  Requests for technical assistance should be made via a phone call or e-mail to Tom Albanese, CSB Program Director at talbanese@csb.org.
 

Programs and services which meet the needs of homeless families and individuals in Franklin County, Ohio are eligible to request Letters of Support from the Community Shelter Board.  The Community Shelter Board will only provide Letters of Support to agencies that have a historical record of providing quality services to persons who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.  New agencies must demonstrate a significant likelihood for the ability to provide high quality services. To receive a Letter of Support, the agency requesting the letter should provide the needed materials via e-mail at least 10
