CSB's transition program assists families and individuals residing in a shelter to obtain stable housing. Families and individuals who have a regular income and can afford rent and utilities may be eligible for assistance with first month's rent, security deposit, utility deposits, and in some cases, old utility bills which are preventing them from obtaining services in their name.
