Statement for Support

CSB prioritizes funding to programs which meet the following criteria:

Provide services in a manner which demonstrates creative service delivery methods and reduces the likelihood of repeat incidence of homelessness.
Increase the ease and success with which homeless people attain a successful housing outcome.
Demonstrate attainment of previous performance indicators and conformance with CSB Ends policy.
Include homeless persons in the design, implementation, and evaluation of the program and services.
Emphasize collaboration with traditional human services, housing providers, other CSB partner agencies and CSB.
Do not duplicate existing community services.
Cost effective to both CSB and the community at-large.
